Hearts to Homes Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue located in South Georgia, dedicated to giving vulnerable cats the second chance they deserve. Founded with compassion and fueled by a lifelong love of felines, our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome cats in need — especially those who are overlooked due to age, medical conditions, or special needs.
We believe every cat matters. Our volunteer-based foster program ensures that every cat experiences home life before finding their forever family.

Because every heart deserves a home — and every home is better with a cat.
We take in stray, abandoned, and at-risk cats and kittens from shelters, the streets, and owner surrenders. Our priority is helping those often overlooked — including seniors, special needs, and medically compromised felines.
Our rescue is 100% foster-based. We rely on loving volunteers to open their homes to cats in need while they wait for adoption. We provide all vet care, support, and guidance to our foster families.
We carefully match our cats and kittens with screened adopters who are committed to providing lifelong, loving homes. Each cat is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and health-checked prior to adoption.
We believe in responsible pet ownership. We offer guidance on feline care, adoption readiness, and the importance of spaying and neutering.
